Bygro operates on an organizational model where companies can join and manage their teams. This page explains how our billing structure works and how to get started.
Users can be part of several companies or organizations within the Bygro platform. This allows for flexible collaboration across different projects and teams.
The organization owner and administrators are responsible for paying and managing the organization. Regular users can join an organization without paying - the organizational owner covers the membership costs.
Regular users can join organizations without any payment obligations. Once added to an organization, they gain access to all features available to that organization.
Any company can join Bygro, but they need to reach out to our sales team to get their organization created and for platform onboarding.

sales@bygro.dkThis manual process is temporary while we develop a more streamlined onboarding experience. We want to ensure proper setup and provide personalized support during this early stage.
Users obtain an account by logging in through our authentication system. However, no features are intended to work without being part of an organization.
All platform features require organization membership. Users cannot access any functionality until they are added to an organization.
When a user is added to an organization, all features become available to them immediately. The organization owner controls who has access to their organization.
The organizational owner pays per active user in their organization per month. This ensures fair pricing based on actual usage.
Only the organization owner and administrators are responsible for billing. Regular members do not have any payment obligations.
Billing is calculated based on the number of active users in the organization each month. Inactive or removed users are not charged.
